The reservation is only guaranteed upon receipt of signed rental agreement accompanied by payment of the deposit (50%).
The remaining 50% will be required 30 days before the start of the rental.
Payment by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
A security deposit of 1500 euros is required by the contract. An inventory is made in entering the premises and out.
Rental from Saturday 16 pm to Saturday 10 am during June – July – August and September
Other periods : minimum of stay = 3 nights, flexible dates
The rental is for up to 10 people.
Pets are not allowed.
